Orders

We process orders as they come in. Orders on any business day excluding public holidays will be shipped same day where physically Or the next business day depending on cut off times with Australia Post. Goods will be shipped via Australia Post “express”, You will receive a tracking number to enable you to track your item(s). Once payment has been received and processed, goods will be shipped. All express mail is subject to Australia Post timings and terms and conditions. Grobnik Jerky is not responsible for articles lost in the mail.

We provide an easy Checkout facility. You only need to provide your billing and delivery details once. We address all client queries promptly. Our policy is not to accept returned merchandise and/or give refunds. Prices are subject to change without notice.
